Stephanie Andrews
Meet Stephanie, our dedicated manager at Craftsman Collision, who has been with us for over seven years. She started her career in bookkeeping but quickly moved through parts management and estimating before reaching her current managerial role. Her journey shows her commitment to growth and her ability to adapt to different areas of the collision repair industry.
Growing up in Victoria, BC, Stephanie developed a love for cars thanks to her grandfather, who enjoyed rebuilding them. This early passion drives her to create value and memorable experiences for her customers. Known for going above and beyond, she combines her skills with excellent service in every interaction.
Before joining Craftsman, Stephanie earned a Culinary Arts Degree and spent over 15 years as a chef, bringing a unique creativity and attention to detail to her work. Outside of the shop, she loves hiking, painting, and finding new ways to express her creativity. Her colleagues describe her as hardworking, funny, and detail-oriented—always ready to lend a hand.
Stephanie is also passionate about learning and seeks out courses to improve her skills, both professionally and personally. With a love for knowledge and even a knack for dancing, she draws inspiration from her mother, who taught her the importance of growth and self-improvement.
