Sara Scott

Sara Scott brings a wealth of diverse experience to her role. After joining Craftsman Collision in 2024 as a Repair Planner in Kamloops, she earned a promotion to manager of the Williams Lake location in 2026, thanks to her hands-on knowledge and leadership skills. With a background spanning collision repair estimating, AV production, marine service, and hospitality, Sara thrives in fast-paced environments where learning and adaptability are key. Sara holds Platinum Recognition in I-CAR certification, a mark of excellence in the industry. 

A lifelong passion for vehicles, learned from her father through hands-on work with family cars, drives Sara’s dedication to quality service. She believes in guiding customers through repair processes, ensuring they feel confident in the craftsmanship that goes into their vehicle.

Outside of work, Sara enjoys camping, fishing, and traveling with her family, while also supporting her child’s pursuit of horsemanship. Weather on the job or at home, Sara’s commitment to leadership,, learning, and personal growth defines her approach to both work and life.
