Cameron Wagner
People pick their careers for all sorts of reasons. Cameron Wagner was working to get his journeyman ticket as an automotive mechanic when a family friend suggested he might do well in auto body repair. Sixteen years later, it turned out to be an inspired choice. Cameron is successfully managing our Craftsman Collision/Distinctive Auto Works location in Edmonton, and has earned industry accreditations including Red Seal Refinisher, and BMW and Jaguar/Land Rover Trained Appraiser. “The future of our company is behind each customer,” he says. “Providing safe, detail-oriented, high-quality repairs helps us meet or exceed our customers’ expectations as well as those of the manufacturers.” His experience as a licensed personal fitness trainer further helps him in his quest to support his team to grow and advance in the field of collision repair. His role model is his dad. “He has had a very accomplished career – from joining the RCMP at the age of 18 all the way to where he is today as a regional sales manager for the largest veterinary supply company in the country. He always represented a very fair and people-oriented method of managing, with a focus on the development of his staff that I have always tried to replicate in my own endeavours.”
