Jacky Chiu
Entrepreneur, cook, self-confessed ‘gym rat,’ Jacky Chiu is a man of many talents and interests. In his time with Telus, he won a top sales award. From 2010-2012 he ran his own vinyl wrap business. He has a BA with a major in economics, and is a private omakase (as you like it) Sushi chef in his spare time. Oh yeah, he’s also the new Manager of our Metrotown location. But don’t be surprised. Jacky is also a car guy, with a background in detailing, estimating, and almost 4 years in management at the Craftsman Collision in Richmond where he was the previous manager. And he’s got a Subaru Impreza WRX STI he’s building for track use. He believes delegation and effective communication – listening and understanding – are the fundamentals to trust, which in turn leads to success in life, and in the business of autobody repair. “I see myself as a friendly family doctor,” says Jacky, “except for cars.”
