Craftsman Collision recently opened in Cranbrook, formerly Northstar Body Shop on Cranbrook Street North, and is conveniently located in the center of town beside the Best Western Cranbrook. We’re happy to say that all the smiling faces you are used to seeing will still be here at this location, including Brian, Manager and Luke, Assistant Manager. You will continue to receive the same friendly, personal service you’ve always received and our work is guaranteed – for as long as you own your vehicle.

Brian Donald

“From a young age I’ve had a passion for making things look and work better than before,” says Brian Donald, Manager of our brand-new Cranbrook location. “I’m detail-oriented and patient – characteristics which complement this fast-evolving industry in which vehicles are increasingly complex and precisely engineered.”

Like many others raised in Cranbrook, Brian also loves the outdoors, especially skiing (he’s a former racer), hockey (Go Bucks, Go!) and backcountry summer hikes.

His autobody career spans two decades – initially as a detailer, then working to earn his red seal certification as an autobody technician, and most recently moving up to estimating and shop management.

“Though we’re a small community, we get customers who have never needed repairs,” says Brian. “We take the time to walk them through the process from start to finish. Under promise, over deliver.”
