Matt Greenberg
“Nothing worth having ever comes easy.” Such was the advice of Matt Greenberg’s father Mark, a longtime Craftsman employee who worked his way up the system to become a respected senior executive with the company’s head office. Son Matt started in a different direction, earning his Culinary Arts Red Seal and spending eight years opening and running restaurants. But he never forgot the passion for cars he felt helping his dad rebuild a 1955 Porsche Spider. In three years since joining Craftsman he has risen from parts coordinator to assistant manager, and is now Manager of our bustling Victoria Esquimalt location. “Show value, create an experience and always strive to exceed customer expectations,” says Matt. “Every business foundation is built on trust and customer care.” He is also very athletic and has been playing hockey competitively since the age of three. “My dad taught me that if I put in the hard work and time, it will pay off,” he says. “My ultimate goal is to become at least half the man he is. He is also my best friend!”
