Mario Gambroudes
Mario Gambroudes is an experiences automotive professional with over 15 years of leadership across the dealership and service industry. Beginning his career as a licensed technician, he progressed through key roles including Service Manager, Fixed Operations Manager, and General Manager, Mario developed a deep understanding of both the technical and operational sides of the business. Throughout his career, Mario has worked with more than 750 0dealerships across Canada and the Unite States, leading the implementation of new processes and performance strategies. He has played a key role in rolling out operational improvements for major automotive brands, including General Motors and Toyota, helping dealerships enhance efficiency, accountability, and overall profitability. Mario is known for his strong leadership, accountability-driven mindset, and ability to implement practical, proven strategies that deliver measurable results. His approach combines real-world experience with hands-on coaching and training, enabling teams to maximize every opportunity in an increasingly competitive market. Beyond his professional work, Mario dedicated 10 years as a volunteer firefighter, demonstrating his commitment to community service, teamwork, and safety. Outside of work, he enjoys playing hockey and fishing, reflecting his appreciation for discipline, focus, and balance.
