Craftsman Collision and Auto Glass opened in Surrey, bordering Langley on the Langley Bypass in 1994 and is conveniently located a few blocks south of Willowbrook Mall on Highway 10. Tom Cantafio
It’s no exaggeration to call Tom Cantafio a ‘company man.’ Of his 39 years in the automotive industry, 38 have been with us – 20 as a repair technician, then working his way up to become the Manager of our Langley Bypass location. Along the way, Tom has gained a pretty good grasp of the repair process, from initial estimates to final vacuum and shine. He has volunteered in the JDRF Walk for the Cure fund-raiser as well as in Craftsman’s Making a Dent event to gather groceries for the Salvation Army Community & Family Services operation. Like many other Craftsman managers a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Course, Tom won his class’s Outstanding Performance Award for communication and leadership. Tom is passionate about making sure repairs are done correctly, and says his greatest reward is to see a customer excited about the results. He takes pride in his clean, organized shop, and says his great working relationship with insurance companies speeds the repair process.
