Doug Koke
Rare is the man who can dismantle a car engine as effortlessly as he can untangle difficult interpersonal problems. That’s why we’re so pleased to have Doug Koke managing our Burnaby Imperial Street location. Taught by his mechanic father to build his own car engine at age 16, Doug has proven equally adept at dealing with customers and staff. “I love helping people in undesirable situations – trying to make their experience as painless, efficient and comfortable as possible,” he says. “My aim is to build a relationship with each customer, and ultimately bring them back as a repeat customer. I do that by treating them the way I would expect to be treated – to not let anything stand in the way of making them happy.” “And I’m excited to train and push my co-workers to be better employees.
