Kevin Tam
“We’re like the dentist,” muses Kevin. “Nobody likes to come see us, but if we can create the kind of experience that makes our customers leave with a smile, then we’re bound to succeed.” Kevin spent 7 years in the Air Cadets, culminating in the top rank of Chief Warrant Officer supervising a squadron of 180, taught him patience, discipline and leading by example. His CV is rich in work experience, too, including postings at collision repair shops and car dealerships. And it’s all underpinned by a love of cars, including his own extensively self-modified Genesis Coupe.
