About our Penticton location
Craftsman Collision and Auto Glass recently opened in Penticton, formerly Ellis Creek Autobody on Industrial Avenue E. and is conveniently located a few blocks from Main Street behind the Penticton Regional Hospital.
We’re happy to say that many of the smiling faces you are used to seeing will still be here at this location, including Tony the team leader. You will continue to receive the same friendly, personal service you’ve always received guaranteed. Plus, our work is guaranteed for as long as you own your vehicle.
As a car owner, you have a right to expect a premium level of service and at Craftsman Collision – we deliver. With factory-trained and OEM certified technicians specializing in Fiat, Chrysler, Genesis, Hyundai, Kia, and Nissan and other leading automotive brands, we will restore the confidence you have in your vehicles’ design and safety features.
Of course, no one wants to think about having an accident. But if misfortune strikes, we hope you’ll remember where to turn. You’ll be glad you did.
While our name does have “Collision” in it, there are many other ways for your vehicle to get damaged. Whether it’s damaged by hail, falling debris, rocks, vandalism, hail or a chance meeting with a shopping cart – at Craftsman Collision we are equipped and ready to repair your vehicle no matter the mishap. Most importantly, you should be confident knowing that your vehicle will be handled by specially trained technicians who are certified by the top auto manufacturers to repair your car to factory specifications.
So why settle for less with an ordinary collision repair centre, when you can choose Craftsman Collision.

Unlike the many Craftsman managers who rise up through our company ranks, industry veteran Tony Benjamin switched to us from another firm to take the reins at our new Penticton location.
The main attraction? “A more up to date and advanced atmosphere,” he says.
In other ways, BC-born Benjamin has much in common with his peers in our company, including making sure customers know they are valued and respected, studying to keep pace with advancing technology, and living by the firm belief that hard work pays off. His many years of experience as a Red Seal autobody technician are especially helpful when it comes to writing thorough, accurate estimates, he says.
Add to that his love of the outdoors – especially camping and fishing – and we’re confident that Tony will enjoy his new life in Penticton as much as Penticton will enjoy having him.
