Brent Ballantyne
It’s been a good year so far for Brent Ballantyne. He joined Craftsman as our new Port Moody Manager, and his beloved Winnipeg Jets are (at this writing) leading the Central Division.
The Winnipeg transplant brings 16 years of automotive trade experience to Craftsman, along with a Platinum Estimator qualification from I-CAR, the widely recognized international industry association. Brent enjoys what he calls “the ever-challenging evolving dynamic that is vehicle and technology advancement,” deploying his skills and experience in communication, personal demeanor, and organizational ability.
His approach to customer service is all about “building an environment of transparency and accountability, instilling trust in customers and team members alike.” Sounds like a winning strategy to us.
