Andrea Glydon
One of a growing number of female managers at Craftsman, Andrea Glydon grew up on a farm in southern Saskatchewan. Having earned her degree in education, she transitioned to collision repair in 2017 and joined Craftsman a year later as a part-time bookkeeper. From there, she quickly worked her way up by learning from ‘great coworkers.’ Why collision repair? “I love that it’s fast paced,” she says. “There’s always something to learn, and every day brings a new challenge and opportunity.” Funny, friendly and goal-oriented, Andrea believes treating customers with kindness and respect results in them returning the sentiment. She has two children, loves anything related to Christmas, and is taking classes in accounting.
