Raymond Chan
For a sterling example of how motivated individuals can quickly build a solid career at Craftsman Collision, look no further than Raymond Chan. Armed only with a positive mindset and a passion for cars, Raymond started with us right out of school in 2015 as a parts coordinator, then worked his way up to estimator, assistant manager and finally manager.
And at our super-busy Richmond location, no less.
Not that the journey wasn’t without its labour. His ongoing education included studying to earn his I-Car Platinum certification, a professional designation earned by autobody repair practitioners for undertaking advanced training to perform safe, effective repairs.
But this hard worker has a soft heart, calling his experience rescuing a puppy from a meat farm in Korea ‘life-changing.’ Today, he and his best pal Snoopy spend lots of free time together.
For up-and-comers in collision repair, or in any service-oriented profession, Raymond lives by, and offers, this single word of advice: ‘Listen.’
