Rachelle Parker
One of our growing number of female managers, Rachelle Parker came to us from Calgary in the spring of 2022 with six years of autobody-related experience as a repair advisor and general manager.
“I grew up around family and friends tinkering with vehicles,” she says. “I wanted to understand how the repair process works, and pass the knowledge onto others.”
Hard-working, compassionate and organized, Rachelle (like most successful individuals) strives to learn from every task and interaction. She enjoys bowling, baking, camping, hiking and the beach, and counts her mother and grandmother among her role models for being “strong, inspiring women.”
Her approach to work summarizes the Craftsman approach: “To listen to and understand customers, and to provide the best service possible.”
Which means she’ll fit right in.
