Bobbie Temple
Bobbie Temple is part of a growing group at Craftsman Collision: female shop managers. She’s also been a member of the large Craftsman family since 2005, beginning at our Coquitlam shop as a detailer, then enrolling in the autobody apprenticeship program in 2006 and launching a new career as a body technician. In 2013 she decided to further her education in the field by taking two levels of the autobody estimator program. Smart move – she finished at the top of her class, then went on to gather valuable experience at various Craftsman locations including Coquitlam, Port Moody, Maple Ridge and North Van West, working in parts, estimating and assistant manager roles. In 2014 she departed the Lower Mainland to help out in our Kelowna shop, then to our Kamloops location in 2017 and finally to Vernon in 2019, wearing her first manager’s hat. Her approach to customer service? “Customers are going through a tough time having to come to a collision shop,” she says. “I try to make the process as painless as possible.” We’re glad to have her working for us, and if the need arises, you will be, too.
