Richard Young
After starting 20 years ago as a detailer, Richard moved on to learn the parts and estimating aspects of the business before rising to the level of shop manager. He has filled that role at various locations and for different companies for most of the last 17 years – punctuated by a brief stint at ICBC – most recently at our Langley Walnut Grove location. In addition to his considerable on-site education, Richard has a diploma in Business Management from Kwantlen College, and public speaking awards from the famous Dale Carnegie program. He has been a football coach and a volunteer firefighter, but today when not working to meet or exceed his customers’ needs, Richard enjoys ripping around the Oregon sand dunes with his son on sport quads.
