Collision Repair

Although our name says ‘Collision,’ vehicles can get damaged in many other ways as well – hail, falling chestnuts, rocks, vandalism, premature garage door closings… you get the idea. And since we started in 1977, we’ve pretty well seen it all. Today our repair services include everything from managing your insurance claim to offering you one of our more than 500 recent-model replacement vehicles. Most important, you get the confidence of knowing your vehicle will be repaired by technicians who are trained and certified to factory specifications.

It’s all backed by our Craftsman lifetime guarantee, which protects you from defective workmanship or materials on body and paint repairs for as long as you own your vehicle. So why settle for ordinary collision repair when you can choose Craftsman.

Body Repair

Fenders, doors and quarter panels form the bulk of our repair jobs. And whether your damage is big or small, our experienced techs will perform an extensive audit to see whether you need a replacement or only a repair.

Either way, we’ll get your vehicle back to pre-accident safety and performance following each manufacturer’s particular guidelines.

And using all the skill and experience you can expect from a company called Craftsman.

Bumper Repairs

Often the first things to get damaged in accidents both minor and major are bumpers. And because today’s bumpers can carry high-tech devices like backup cameras, collision sensors and lane departure sensors, fixing them is no task for amateurs. With all our repairs, our experienced, certified technicians will perform a thorough damage audit. Then they’ll deploy the tools they need from our impressive supply, which includes plastic welders, hot nitrogen painting, anti-static pre-paint treatments and more, to get your vehicle to pre-accident safety and performance as soon as we are able.

Frame Straightening

Modern auto frames are designed to absorb the energy from a collision using crumple zones and other safety features.

Our advanced laser-scan frame-straightening systems can measure virtually any frame and straighten it to original factory specs. Then print out a computer report to illustrate the repair. When you get behind the wheel again, you won’t be able to tell you were in an accident at all. Restoring unibody and conventional frames to factory specs also restores alignment, eliminates steering pull and reduces tire wear. Why settle for less than factory-perfect settings? We never do.

Aluminum Repairs

Today’s manufacturers are rightly turning to aluminum to save weight and boost fuel efficiency.

But repairing aluminum is very different than repairing steel – starting with having dedicated aluminum bays to prevent cross-contamination of metals (and the subsequent oxidation that can result). Tools can get contaminated too, so our aluminum bays have their own sets of equipment.

It’s about not taking aluminum repairs lightly. We don’t, and neither should you.

Dent Repairs

We all know it’s almost impossible to avoid dents. But if you leave them alone, they can crack and fracture your vehicle’s paint, which can eventually lead to flaking and the risk of rust if they’re not fixed properly.

Fortunately, our certified techs can get your vehicle back to pre-dent condition using one of two approaches:

  • Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) is faster and more cost-effective if your vehicle only has minor damage, like small dents or creases. When PDR is all you need, we bring in trained professionals with special tools to massage and press the damage out from the back of the panel or hood.
  • Conventional repair is best for more extensive damage. It involves sanding, straightening and painting damaged areas when possible, or replacing and painting body panels as needed.

Auto Painting

The condition of your vehicle’s paint is more important than you’d think. Chips, scratches, cracks or peeling that seem like small blemishes today can worsen if left untreated – diminishing your vehicle’s appearance and resale value.

And after an accident, the painting component of the repairs needs to be done right. Our years of experience combined with specialized equipment like our nitrogen-charged NitroHeat spray and Stat-Gun anti-static treatments will make sure you’re more than satisfied with your vehicle’s new finish. We’re so confident in the quality of our expert approach, in fact – from surface preparation to high quality colour matching, mixing, application, and final sealer coating – that we guarantee our work for as long as you own your vehicle.

Auto Glass Repairs

Like bumpers, glass is an early casualty of most accidents. Luckily, we can repair the glass components of virtually any vehicle. In fact, we’ve been providing professional glass repair services for decades, from expert repairs to perfect-fitting replacements for windshields, back or side windows, and even sunroofs.

We’ll repair your vehicle’s glass at any of our locations, then return it to you in as-good-as-new condition or better, and as quickly as we can.

If you have Comprehensive coverage with your insurer, you are covered. You can bring your vehicle directly to us without needing to get an insurance appraisal first. What’s more, you may be able to have your windshield repaired for free, without paying a deductible depending on the damage. However, if your damaged windshield is deemed unsafe and not appropriate to repair, you will need a replacement and a deductible will apply.

We are an accredited partner with the ICBC Repair Network, as well as a preferred partner with may of the top insurers. Making the process as easy and convenient as possible.

Hail Damage Repairs

Hail and other weather-related events can really take a toll on how your vehicle looks – while significantly reducing its resale value. The dents from even a small hailstorm can crack and fracture your vehicle’s paint, eventually leading to flaking and the risk of rust if not fixed properly.

Fortunately, our certified technicians can get your vehicle back to pre-storm condition using one of two approaches:

Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) is faster and more cost-effective if your vehicle only has minor damage, like small dents or creases. When PDR is all you need, we bring in trained professionals with special tools to massage and press the damage out from the back of the panel or hood.

Conventional repair is best for more extensive damage. It involves sanding, straightening and painting damaged areas when possible, or replacing and painting body panels as needed.
