Kelowna’s Bantam Boys hockey team brought home the silver medals after finishing second at the International Children’s Winter Games which concluded last week in Ufa, Russia.
Craftsman Collision was a proud supporter of the team, as well as the teams coach Tom Watters. Who when not managing the Craftsman Collision shop on Springfield Rd. in Kelowna, volunteers his time as the head coach of Jr. Bantam Rockets.
The Junior Rockets finished with five wins in six games against teams from Russia, Ukraine, Latvia, Switzerland, Austria, and Belarus.
Their only loss came at the hands of host city Ufa, Russia who went on to win the gold.
