The 16th Annual Business Excellence Awards sponsored by the North Vancouver Chamber of Commerce hosted a cocktail reception at the Pinnacle Pier Hotel on Tuesday, September 24th to honour local businesses that have been nominated for this prestigious award. The event publicly recognized all the successful companies in the community, and the hard working people behind them, demonstrating a continued passion for excellence.
The awards promote the advancement of responsible business leadership and harmony with North Vancouver. The top three finalists in each of the following categories were announced at the reception: Best Business, Business Person of the Year, Community Contribution, Innovation, Service Excellence and Young Entrepreneur.
Craftsman Collision is proud to announce we have been selected as one of three finalists in the category of Best Business of the Year, along with BA Blacktop and Hatfield Consultants.
The finalist in each category will be announced at the Business Excellence Awards Gala on Thursday, November 7th.

16th Annual Business Excellence Awards – Request for Nominations (date extended)
It’s time once again for people from North Vancouver to come together to honour excellence in business. This event publicly recognizes all of the successful companies in the community, and the hard working people behind them, demonstrating a continued passion for excellence. The Awards promote the advancement of responsible business leadership and harmony within North Vancouver. Categories include: Best Business, Business Person of the Year, Community Contribution, Innovation, Service Excellence and Young Entrepreneur (under 36 years). Click here for category criteria.
All companies that have been in existence for 18 months, and are located in the City or District of North Vancouver, are eligible (they do not have to be Chamber Members). Finalists receive a short film of their organization along with recognition at the Business Excellence Awards Gala. In addition to the short film, Winners receive an award and a tremendous amount of exposure.
Previous recipients are positive role models for business, they show vision, have the courage to take risks and be a catalyst for change, and demonstrate their leadership skills within the business community or the community at large.
