Effective, January 1st, 2022, Ford Certified Collision Network is updating Paint Material Policy so that warranty sublet paint repairs are now required to be performed at a body shop that is part of the Ford Certified Collision Network.

Ford Motor Company’s latest policy change regarding Warranty sublet repairs has taken effect as of January 1st, 2022. These changes mean that if a customer would like to have their paint repaired through their Ford vehicle’s warranty, the will be required to bring their vehicle in to a Ford Certified Collision Network (FCCN) collision shop, if there is one located within 80KMs of the servicing dealership.
