Effective June 1, Craftsman Collision Edmonton will be moving to a new location at 15535 115A Avenue NW, just half a km north of our original address at 11205 – 156 Street. Our new shop is bright, spacious and ultra-modern, offering the latest in high tech equipment spread out over an expansive 27,000 square feet of floor space.
“More than anything, this move represents our continued ironclad commitment to ensuring each customer receives safe, proper repairs with the best available equipment, expertise and training in the auto body industry,” said Stacey Cook, Marketing Manager.
You’ll be seeing two signs outside the shop – because we’ll be partners with our sister company Distinctive Auto Works, which specializes in premium collision repair service for luxury vehicles. Combining the two businesses into one space means we can now accept a much wider range of vehicles at one location. Craftsman’s particular expertise – including OEM factory certifications from Chrysler, Ford, Dodge, Jeep, Kia, Nissan, Ram, Hyundai and Genesis and many other popular auto brands – will be boosted by Distinctive Auto Works’ OEM factory certifications in luxury vehicles like Audi, BMW, Jaguar, Land Rover, Porsche and Volkswagen, as well as by the experience and training that come with a larger staff of painters and technicians.
You will remain in the best of hands. Craftsman Collision and Distinctive Auto Works are both 100% owned by the family-owned Craftsman Group, Western Canada’s largest collision repair chain with more than 40 locations from Victoria to Regina, and millions of satisfied customers since we began in 1977. Craftsman customers will be greeted by the new manager Cameron Wagner who will be overseeing each and every repair.
“I’ve spent 15 years in the collision repair field, with a significant amount of time spent with The Craftsman Group.”, says Cameron Wagner, Manager. “I became very familiar with Craftsman’s operational processes and legendary customer service, as Assistant Manager of Craftsman Collision Edmonton a few years back. For the past two years I’ve worked on complex luxury vehicles as Manager here at Distinctive Auto Works, where I’ve had my eyes opened to the most advanced (and continually evolving) methods of repair and refinish. That makes me very excited to be able to bring those methods to the Craftsman Collision side of the business, and to provide all our customers with leading edge technology and highly trained technicians for virtually every make and model of car, van or light truck.”
